Period 1

Objective:   I will writing answers for my 4.1 - 4.2  Chapter Quiz on inequalities, using my notes, my Chromebook and a calculator.  

Activities:

1. Finish Chapter 4 Quiz (4.1 - 4.2)
2. Finish Chapter 3 Retake
3. Clean out Math Binders (only keep items from Chapter 3 and 4)
4. Math Practice:  4.3 Pg. 145:  48-52
5. 4.3 Notes - Solving Inequalities Using Multiplication

Homework:

1. Finish Math Practice:  4.3 Pg. 145:  48-52 (you must show your work for ALL problems). 

Chapter 4 Unit Test - Monday, January 23rd.

Period 2

Objective:   I will be learning how to find cube roots, using my journal, my math book and a calculator. 

Activities:

1. Finish Math Practice 7.1 Pg. 292:  1-3, 12-18 even, 19, 20-32 even, 34, 36 (show work for 9-12, 16 these are the numbers on clever)
2. 7.2 - Finding Cube Roots
1. Activities A1 and A2 - Journal page 147-148
2. Notes - Examples 1-3 - Math book page 296
3. Math Practice 7.2 pg. 298:  1-5, 10-30 even, 34-38 (you must show your work for 3-12, 14-20 which are the numbers on clever)

Homework:

1. Finish Math Practice 7.1 Pg. 292:  1-3, 12-18 even, 19, 20-32 even, 34, 36 (show work for 9-12, 16 these are the numbers on clever)
2. Finish Math Practice 7.2 pg. 298:  15, 10-30 even, 34-38 (you must show your work for 3-12, 14-20 which are the numbers on clever)

Chapter 7 Quiz (7.1 - 7.3) Thursday, January 19th.

Period 6 & 7

Objective:   I will be learning how to compare and order fractions, decimals and percents, using my notes, my Chromebook and a calculator.  

Activities:

1. Finish Math Practice 6.1 Pg 218:  1-6, 14-26 even, 31, 32-40 even 
1. If you are working on clever - show your work for: 7-13,  15-19 (these are the numbers in Clever).
2. 6.2 Notes - Math book page 222
3. Math Practice 6.2 Pg. 224:  1-3, 12-30 even, 33-36 (you must show your work for:  3-11, 13-17, which are the numbers on Clever). 

Homework:

1. Finish Math Practice 6.1 Pg 218:  1-6, 14-26 even, 31, 32-40 even 
1. If you are working on clever - show your work for: 7-13,  15-19 (these are the numbers in Clever). You do NOT have to submit this on clever if you started it with paper/pencil on Friday. However, you must show your work regardless if it is on Clever or not. 
2. Finish Math Practice 6.2 Pg. 224:  1-3, 12-30 even, 33-36 (you must show your work for:  3-11, 13-17, which are the numbers on Clever).
