Period 1

Objective:  I will be able to find the absolute value of an integer, using my math book, computer and my notes.  

Activities:

2. Binders - How to Use
3. Finish NW Placement Test
4. Math About Me

Objective:  I will be learning how to solve simple equations, using my journal (workbook) and a pencil. 

Activities:

1. Try to answer the Warm Up Activity (if you don't know) skip it for today. 
2. Go over Activity 1.1 (even if you didn't do it)
3. Lesson 1.1 - Math book page 5 - Notes
4. Finish MAPS testing
5. Math Practice:  Pg. 7:  1-3, 12-16 even, 26, 27, 28-44 even (on Clever as Day 2 - 1.1 Lesson)

Homework:

1.  Finish Pg. 7:  1-3, 12-16 even, 26, 27, 28-44 even (On Clever as Day 2 - 1.1 Lesson

Objective: I will be able to work with Integers and Absolute Value using my math book and my notes.

4. Journal Page 6 (please tear it out of your journal. 

Homework:

1. Finish Pg. 6:  1-3, 20-36 even, 38-43
2. Finish Journal Page 6 (please tear out of your journal and take home with you).
